When you go to life coach what you get is not therapy, or counselling, you get yourself a guide who can, through skilled use of questioning, lead you to the answers you need, to get yourself ready to take you to the next step and beyond.
As your coach I will help you understand why you have tended to do/think the things you have been.
To help you see what's going on in your head and most importantly HOW to get around the road blocks you might see in front of you.
I will help you see that the only person blocking your progress is you, which is great news because that means you can soon be on your way to success.
I bring a lot of insight to my coaching due to my training but also because of the journeys and obstacles I've had to undergo in my own life.
I have battled and conquered; weight problems, over drinking, depression and career choice uncertainty and have come out the other side having found my passion in life, and that is to help others find the answers I so desperately had to search for.

A coaching session is usually 60 minutes and takes place over zoom.
In the first session we will discuss what made you reach out to a coach and what your current challenges are?
Then I will go on to help you identify the things that are blocking you and I'll help you develop an action plan to move forward and also introduce you to some amazing tools, and skills that you can use to help you make sure you follow through on your plans. These are things you will go on to use for the rest of your life.
I'll be your guide and your accountability partner on your journey.

1-1 Coaching Session (1hr)
One off coaching sessions are great if you have a specific issue you want to work through.
In just 1 hr we can work through your blocks, decide on a plan of action and put in place the steps you need to put in place to put you well on your way to success.
Meology - 4 Week 1-1 Online Coaching Intensive
Me-ology is my signature coaching package in which I will guide you through my proven programme of tools to help you get to know yourself on a deeper level so that you are ready for real personal growth.
This is a truly unique coaching package which is taught via a weekly 1-1 coaching zoom call with weekly workbooks & exercises to complete in between sessions, you will also get access to me via email/messenger for the whole 4 weeks. I only ever have 4 clients at any one time on this programme so I can give you the attention you deserve on this journey.
The course will give you the key to unlocking your unique brain and thought processes. It will uncover the deepest motivations which drive your behaviour. It will teach you how to manage your thoughts and emotions and finally, how to put together a plan for your future.

What we will be working on:
Week 1: Personal Clarity
This week is all about getting to know those unwritten rules you are living your life by without consciously realising it. We'll analyse your Values, Beliefs and assess your needs so we know what areas you might want to focus on.
Week 2: Your Unique Personality Model
This week we will write you the manual you've always wanted to help you understand your own thoughts & behaviour patterns.
Week 3: Mindset Makeover
In Mindset week we will focus on thought work. How you view the world now and how mindset shifts can be made to facilitate future changes.
Week 4: Goal Setting
Once we have the firm foundations in place and you understand yourself on this much deeper level we can finally work on a plan to get you using those tools to create the things you want to do going forward.
What you will be committing to?
This course requires homework but it can all be completed in your own time each week. Our initial coaching calls will set out the topic of the week and we will go through the workbook to explain the exercises. Then you will be able to work through that in the week and send over the answers before our next session.
What you can expect from me:
We will have our weekly coaching kick off session of 60mins at the start of each week. I will then set you exercises to complete that week, via the workbook for that week. I am then available to discuss any questions that come up via email/messenger at any time during the 4 week course of sessions. This is a really unique 1-1 focus that many online courses lack.

At the end of the course I can guarantee you will know more about yourself that you ever thought you could know. You will have some amazing tools to take forward with you which will make planning for the future an exciting prospect. I can promise you that nothing will seem quite the same again!
