We are all playing this game of life but we aren't given an instruction booklet.
It turns out that most of us don't take the time to truly get to know ourselves and we don't ask ourselves the right questions and this is where a coach can make all the difference.
I learnt this when I was forced to go on a journey of self discovery after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder (type 2) at the age of 35. Up to this point I had been at the mercy of emotional disregulation, clinical depression and chronic dissatisfation with the path I was on.
I knew the answers did not lie solely in medication, and that to change my life I needed to learn HOW to work on my mental health and HOW to become more emotionally regulated, I needed to work on my physical health which had been neglected and I realised that despite the obstactles I'd had in my way I deserved to find happiness and purpose, but I did not know where to get this from. In short, I didn't know who I was and needed to find out.
I found what I was looking for in the studies of positive psychology, personality typology analysis, habit formation techniques and coaching skills. Since learning these skills, and qualifying as a coach, I've changed my life drastically for the better and I want to share what I learnt with you all.
I'm passionate about helping people rediscover themselves. To help people put in place healthier habits of mind and body and to help them move towards their goals.
